Return Conditions & Restocking Fee Policy

At Deskora, we offer a 14-day return policy as a commercial advantage for our customers. This policy is provided voluntarily and does not apply in all situations without conditions. It is a benefit offered to improve the customer experience, but it remains strictly subject to the requirements described below.

Our return policy is based on clear and enforceable rules to avoid misuse. Any customer requesting a return must fully comply with the conditions related to product condition, packaging, and valid return reasons. If these requirements are not met, the return may be refused or subject to a mandatory restocking fee.

By placing an order on our store, you acknowledge that this return policy is a conditional benefit and agree to follow all the terms outlined below.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below:

  • If the product has a quality issue, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Before sending any item back, please contact us via email at deskora02@gmail.com,  to obtain approval.

Returned items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through deskora’s official online stores.

Exceptions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase


2. Return & Exchange Procedure

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Within 14 days of delivery, email your order number and request details to deskora02@gmail.com.

  2. Include clear photos of the product and a brief explanation of the reason for return or exchange.

  3. After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

  4. Place the order number, your full name, and the return reason inside the package before shipping it back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the return or exchange will be processed within 1–5 business days, and we will notify you by email.


Important Notes

  • If the return is due to personal preference (such as changing your mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Fees vary depending on the shipping provider used.

  • If the return is caused by an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item),Deskora will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • If customs duties are incurred when a product is returned, the customer shall bear the cost.


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer.


Additional Information

Shipping and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by Deskora.
