The Triple Screen Pro includes two ports:

• One USB Type-C (Full Function), compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and 4, used as the main connection
• One secondary USB 3.0 port, required to power the second screen

Important note:
On MacBook, you must connect the USB 3.0 to the central Type-C port (near the power button), not just any port.

HDMI & USB-A CONNECTION

If your laptop does not have a full-function Type-C port, you can connect the second monitor using HDMI and USB-A.

Cables used: Mini HDMI to HDMI + Type-C to USB-A

SINGLE TYPE-C CONNECTION

If your laptop has a full-function Type-C port, you can connect the second monitor using a single cable.

Cable used: Type-C to Type-C

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Hardware requirements:

• All Apple (Mac) systems released after 2019 are compatible
• Windows PCs must run Windows 10 or Windows 11 and have at least 1 Type-C port or 2 USB ports

For Windows 10 and 11, the driver installs automatically when connected to the internet.
For MacBook, installation is manual: the driver is provided on a USB drive included with the product. Simply plug it into your MacBook to install.
